When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. If it is your first session with me, I will first ask you some questions during the consultation time that will help me to tailor the treatment to your needs. On the massage table, I will cover you with a cotton sheet throughout the treatment, and I will uncover the part of your body that will be treated at that time.
For Swedish Massage you can choose between grapeseed oil or Songbird Massage Wax. For Deep Tissue, I use high-quality grapeseed oil.
The information collected during your consultation is just used to tailor your treatment. Such information will be securely stored in my records, with me as the only person having access to it.
Please, speak to me if you suffer from any condition so we can discuss whether the treatment is suitable for you or you need to get further advice from your GP.
