Cancellation Policy

Section 1 – One-Off Treatments

  1. This Section 1 cancellation policy only applies to one-off treatments.
  2. Rehab & Heal requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  3. Please read the reschedule section in Terms & Conditions.
  4. If you fail to attend an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will not be able to refund the payment. This is because we may be unable to fill your appointment slot with another client and we need to cover the costs.
  5. If you arrive late, we might not make up the missed time if we have subsequent appointments.
  6. Please, read the Terms & Conditions before booking an appointment.

Section 2 – Bundle Treatments. Buy & Save.

  1. This Section 2 cancellation policy only applies to 5x, 6x and 10x Bundle treatments.
  2. Bundle treatments are not refundable after a 14-day cooling-off period.
  3. Bundle treatments are not refundable when the first treatment is within the cooling-off period.
  4. Rehab & Heal requires a minimum of 48 hours to reschedule an appointment (subject to availability).
  5. Please read the reschedule section in Terms & Conditions.
  6. If you fail to attend an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will not be able to refund the payment. This is because we may be unable to fill your appointment slot with another client and we need to cover the costs.
  7. If you arrive late, it might be impossible for us to make up the missed time if we have subsequent appointments.
  8. Bundles can only be paid by bank transfer.
