Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any appointments with Rehab & Heal Ltd.
When you make an appointment, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Booking Appointments

Single Appointments

  • All appointments must be made through our online booking system.
  • Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details.
  • All single appointments must be paid at the time of booking through our secure online payment system to secure your slot.
  • New clients must complete a consultation process (approximately 10 minutes) during their first appointment, which is included in the session price.
  • Appointments are not eligible for cancellation.

Multi-Bookings

  • When booking two or more appointments at once (multi-booking), you may either:
    • Pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price to secure all sessions
    • Pay in full at the time of booking
  • All payments must be made through our online booking system.
  • Multi-bookings are not eligible for cancellation.

Packages

  • Packages consist of multiple sessions of the same service (5, 6, or 10 sessions) offered at a discounted rate, with the discount applied to the final session.
  • Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking through our online booking system.
  • Upon purchasing a package, you will receive a unique code valid for the number of sessions included in your package.
  • Packages are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which a refund may be requested.
  • The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply if the first treatment takes place within those 14 days.
  • After the cooling-off period, packages are not eligible for cancellation.

Client Eligibility

  • Rehab & Heal services are exclusively for women aged 18 and above.
  • We do not provide services to clients under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for at the time of booking through our secure online booking system.
  • We do not accept bank transfers or in-person payments.
  • Payments made in full are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are not available for any bookings.
  • Deposits (50% of the total price) for multi-bookings are non-refundable.
  • When a booking is secured with a deposit, the remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • If the remaining balance cannot be charged for any reason (such as insufficient funds, expired card, or declined payment), the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment slot will be released.
  • All package bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided for any services once they have been delivered, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction with results.

Rescheduling Appointments

  • Appointments are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Clients may reschedule any appointment (single, multi-booking, or package) up to two times maximum.
  • All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the same dates and times as they may be booked by other clients.
  • If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

Contraindications

  • Before booking, the contraindications for the selected service are displayed for clients to read and agree before proceeding.
  • If a client agree they don’t have contraindications during the booking process, and when completing the consultation form they disclose a contraindication, we might not be able to deliver the service.
  • We will not be able to refund the service in the case this cannot be delivered because of a contraindication disclosed during the consultation.
  • We will always try to deliver a suitable and safe service if a contraindication for the booked session cannot be delivered, but please note that some conditions are contraindicated for all services.
  • When a health condition disclosed during consultation requires switching to a different service, no refund will be provided if the alternative service costs less than your original appointment.
  • When a health condition disclosed during consultation requires switching to a different service, you will be charged any additional cost if the alternative service is more expensive.

Client Conduct

  • All services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
  • Rehab & Heal Ltd. is a women-only service, providing treatments exclusively for women aged 18 and above.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive, or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behaviour.
  • Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from Rehab & Heal Ltd. and may also result in criminal proceedings.
  • Clients cannot receive treatments if they are intoxicated or have an elevated temperature.

Service Results and Satisfaction

  • All treatments are performed to professional standards using appropriate techniques and products.
  • Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed due to differences in individual physiology, condition severity, and response to treatment.
  • Once a service has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Results not meeting client expectations
    • Results developing differently than anticipated
    • The client changing their mind after treatment
  • If you have concerns about your treatment, please discuss these with your practitioner during your session or schedule a follow-up appointment.
  • For aesthetic treatments in particular, results cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be provided based on dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes.

Gift Cards

  • All Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy also apply to appointments purchased via Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.Once a service has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Expired Gift Cards cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Your personal information is essential to us and will remain confidential.
  • We will not share, sell, or distribute any of your information without your consent unless required by law.
  • We employ security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Insurance and Liability

  • We hold professional and public indemnity insurance for all services provided.
  • If we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements or process a refund.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The current version will always be available on our website and booking system.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and our Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy.
