When you make an appointment, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Appointment

You can make an appointment with me via the telephone number provided on this website, or by sending me an email or text message with your name, phone number, service and date required.
Upon making a booking, you will receive a text message confirming all the important details, along with a link to make the full payment.
If this is your first appointment with me, you must go through the new client consultation process at the beginning of your appointment which lasts approximately 10 minutes and is included in the price of the session.

Appointment Payment

All appointments must be paid within 48 hrs of receiving the booking confirmation. Failure to make the payment I won’t be able to secure your session, which means that during busy times your booked date and time might be requested by other clients and offered to them.

Booking of multiple appointments at one time

When you book two (2) or more appointments at one time, I will request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price to secure the sessions.

Confidentiality

The client’s personal information is essential to me and will remain confidential. I will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to me without your consent unless required by law.
Also, I employ security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Insurance, health, and safety

I hold professional and public indemnity insurance, for the services that I provide.
Should I need to cancel your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the issue and to make suitable alternative arrangements or refund you the payment for your appointment as soon as possible.
All offered services are entirely therapeutic and non-sexual.
I hold the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive towards me, or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from Rehab & Heal, and may also result in criminal proceedings.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or must be in the accompaniment of a Parent or Guardian who can give written permission.
Clients cannot receive a massage if are intoxicated or have temperature.

Gift card

These Terms & Conditions also apply to appointments purchased via Gift cards.

Bundle Treatments

To be able to book bundle treatments, payments must be made in full before being able to block the slots.
After the cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days, bundle treatments are not refundable. However, the client will be able to reschedule as long the request is made at least 48hrs in advance of the session meant to be re-arranged.
Please, note that rescheduling sessions might not guarantee the same dates and times as they might be already blocked by other clients.

Reschedules

The client can reschedule their appointment one time (1).
The rescheduling must be made at least 48hrs before the session intended to be rescheduled.
